Terry Cicero is a Principal at DHJJ where he combines his tax and financial management expertise to help individuals and their families build financially sound futures. He specializes in family wealth planning, notably tax planning, investment asset location analysis, charitable giving strategies, estate planning, and retirement planning, including Roth IRA conversion analysis.
Terry is a CPA® as well as a Certified Financial Planner™ who holds a Series 65 certification. These designations allow him to provide knowledgeable, real-time investment advisory services that include strategic tax planning. He is often asked to speak on financial advisory topics where his zest for the profession comes through as most of his presentations manage to be both fun and informative.
Terry enjoys educating people on all of their options so they feel confident in their decisions. He evaluates the multiple approaches available to clients and offers solutions that take into account financial projections as well as individual goals and life-cycle factors.
Terry is a graduate of Roosevelt University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and earned a Masters in Tax from DePaul University.
Outside of Work:
A native of the Chicago area, Terry and his wife have three sons.
He enjoys playing sports with his sons and devotes time to coaching their baseball, soccer, and basketball
teams.
