Dana Culotta-Vondrak is an Administrator of DHJJ Financial Advisors. She assists in managing client accounts, preparing quarterly reports, scheduling meetings, and coordinating with the firm’s custodian, Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. She also organizes annual client appreciation events, including dinners and seasonal gifts, ensuring that clients feel recognized and valued. With a personal touch and an eye for details, Dana helps clients feel confident and cared for every step of their financial journey.
Before joining DHJJ Financial Advisors, Dana built a diverse professional background including travel, retail, and home building. She joined the affiliated CPA® firm of DHJJ in 2019, where she managed client tax documents and supported the accounting staff for three years. Drawn to the Financial Advisor side for new challenges and opportunities to make an impact, she now combines her administrative expertise with a client-centered approach to deliver exceptional service.
Outside of Work:
Married for 31+ years, Dana and her husband, Jim, are proud parents of two grown kids: Dakota (who works for the Chicago Cubs) and Hunter (a Halloween 2026 bride!), and three very spoiled grand-dogs.
From New Orleans to Plainfield, Dana has called at least ten cities home, collecting stories, experiences, and memories along the way.
Dana loves traveling, with some of her favorite adventures taking her to Italy, Alaska, and the Caribbean.
